Weight Loss Program By Raldjq

This is a journal about loosing weight.
The goal is to lose weight from 149.2 lbs to 120 lbs within 6 months. I will be documenting all the exercises and calories burned every day until I reached my goal.

Plan :
Biking for 1 an hour= estimated weight loss 480 calories
nintendo wii for 1 hour =estimated weight loss 480 calories
arm exercise
belly exercise

to loose 1 lb every week
